Delete your crocial account
You can delete your crocial account and the data linked to it at any time.
In the app
- Open crocial.
- Go to Settings, then tap Delete my account.
- Read what gets deleted, type DELETE and tap Delete my account for good. Your account closes straight away, and your data is deleted within 30 days.
Without the app
Email us from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my crocial account”. We’ll confirm by email and delete your account within 30 days.

If you have Pro, cancel it first
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Google Play subscription. To cancel: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Choose crocial and tap Cancel subscription.
What we delete
- Your account, email address, country and language
- Your screen-time minutes, limits and settings
- Your goals, goal sessions and messages with the coach
- Your group memberships (a group you started passes to a friend in it) and weekly receipts, including the picture files
- Your sign-in, and the access you gave to ChatGPT, Claude or other assistants
What we keep
- Purchase records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Google keeps its own records of Google Play payments.
- Crash reports already collected, with personal data removed, until they expire (up to 90 days).
- Totals that can’t identify you, such as the number of goal sessions started in a week.
Leave the waitlist
On the phone or computer you joined from, open the home page and choose Leave the waitlist. Or email privacy@crocial.app and we’ll remove you.
